The engine run time is more than 5 seconds.
The PCM detects an intermittent low ECT sensor temperature while the engine is running, and the run time exceeds 5 seconds.
The number below refers to the step number on the diagnostic table.
If there are no driveability complaints associated with this DTC, and if the DTC does not reset, the system is OK.
